ID All In Education
Delivering innovative education and alternative provision through active learning approaches.
This strand provides:
-
Alternative provision programmes
-
Active learning interventions
-
Personal development opportunities through sport and physical activity
The Education strand is underpinned by the Link Up Play Framework, an innovative coaching and learning model developed by Liam through the Coaching Innovation Programme at Southampton Solent University.
Link Up Play combines:
-
Cross-curricular learning
-
Active learning methodologies
-
Physical activity and movement
-
Personal and social development
The framework uses movement as a vehicle for learning, engagement and skill development, helping learners develop confidence, communication, resilience and positive relationships alongside educational outcomes.

Our Outcomes – Move More
Supporting participants to engage in regular physical activity and develop a positive relationship with movement.
Connect More

Building welcoming environments where individuals feel included, respected and part of a community.
Our Values – Inclusive
Everyone can participate regardless of ability, experience or support needs.
Enjoyable
Fun, engagement and positive experiences are central to everything we do.
Person-Centred
Individuals are supported to progress and succeed at their own pace.
Supportive
Achievements are recognised, celebrated and encouraged.
Community-Focused
Building relationships and a sense of belonging is as important as participation itself.
Our Evidence-Informed Approach
Inclusive
ID All In is underpinned by evidence demonstrating that physical activity can improve physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence and independence. Research also highlights the importance of social connection and belonging in supporting positive life outcomes.
Across both strands, our approach is informed by Self-Determination Theory, ensuring participants experience:
-
Competence – opportunities to achieve and experience success.
-
Autonomy – opportunities to make choices and influence their experience.
-
Relatedness – opportunities to build meaningful relationships and feel connected.
These principles are associated with greater engagement, enjoyment and sustained participation.
How We Create Impact
Inclusive
Through sport, physical activity and active learning, ID All In helps individuals:
Move More
Increase participation in physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
Connect More
Developing friendships, social confidence and support networks.
Belong
Creating environments where people feel welcomed, valued and included.
Whether through community participation or educational engagement, ID All In uses movement as a catalyst for learning, connection and personal growth.
