Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant information about the course, including the schedule, location, and any additional instructions.

Booking Terms and Conditions for ID PE & Sport Limited ‘IDPE’
1. Spaces in each age group are limited meaning bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 2. Receipt of the registration slip does not guarantee a place on the course for your child. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted. 3. All course fees are payable and are non-refundable. 4. All ‘IDPE’ coaches are approved, and DBS checked 5. ‘IDPE’ does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 6. ‘IDPE’ will take responsibility for your child ten minutes prior to the commencement of the course. Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a ‘IDPE’ member of staff, unless prior written permission has been received. 7. ‘IDPE’ reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In such an event, we will try to offer an alternative session, circumstances permitting. 8. ‘IDPE’ reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate, with full loss of fees. 9. On occasions, ‘IDPE’ or its representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only. 10. The details provided on this registration slip will be held on file for ‘IDPE’ administration purposes only. 11. Centre Fees for mid-session start will be pro-rata based on the number of weeks remaining.
